Thank you very much for the warmth and hospitality showed on my visit to Bali. Not for a moment, did I feel uneasy. I stayed for a weeks and not a single mistake i found that has been said by agent (Poovi Chawra) Kindly thanks to TUI and Poovi Chawra
Hi Poorvi and Ankit, Thank you both for handling my query well, understanding what i required and finally providing me a wonderful honeymoon package which me and my wife will cherish for life time. Everything went on smooth, no hassle at all. Poorvi Chawra had first handle my query, explained and advise me the Fun Island package, than Ankit Kaushik took over and till the departure he had been following up if I had any query.Best part was he was not pushy even when there was a delay in payment by One day due to my wedding. He understood my problem as in how busy I was. This is what a customer want. Agents who understand the customer and not being pushy. Thank you both. With employees like you , TUI is bound to become one of the best holiday provider in the business. As for the Property didn't find any problem at all, the staff were helpful , the rooms were clean (room service twice a day), and food was also good. I would give 4.25 out of 5. But advise your client if they can carry couple of water bottles in the check-in bags as water is very costly.. Thank You,
Hello! Thanks we had a nice time.It was a very nice planned trip. Soheil is a wonderful guide and he did make the trip better.Joseph was a nice person too. The lunches and dinners could have been a bit more variety other than dal and palak daily:) It was fortunate we had a small group.Or the other tours had a fish market commotion everywhere A few hotels did treat the TUI guests very well and a few .... well you have to make sure your guests are treated really well;) Infact our meals on the flight were also booked Indian.Alas the others had some yummy pasta and italian food served. I would also like to go on a USA trip. But this time it will be from Hyderabad.I dont think i would have the energy to walk 4 airports:) But overall it was a nice trip and i thank you all for making it so much better
Dear Isha, Excellent. Special appreciation for your tour manager, Mr Vipulbhai, he has looked after us well
Hi Ankit, We are back to india and very delighted by the services of tui, this was my first tour outside india and very well managed by you and your team, special thanks to you and mr adhikari who helped me in making this tour extravaganza.
Thank you for your mail. We really enjoyed our tour. The tour manager was very good human, very cooperative, had a knowledge of the place and good coordinator. The hotels were cozy and comfortable. Food was excellent. Upto the mark. Delicious and sumptuous. Coach and driver were best. They were very very punctual. The copassengers were a wonderful lot. We stayed as a family. No hiccups. No ifs and buts. All in all a great experience. Thank you. Yours sincerely
Hello Mr.Sunny, I am back after the mesmerizing experience of Andaman. As i told i visited the island in 2016, but something is there which says "come again". It all started almost seven month back when i booked my tickets for Andaman for my family and asked family members and friends to join with us for an unforgettable experience. Our group of six families were ready for trip by Feb'2017 and this time i choose TUI to do the land package. You have provided a itinerary which i have modified as per our needs and you readily agreed for the changes and our deal was done. I planned my trip in the first week of May, as it starts raining after second-third week of May and i didn't want to go there while the monsoon is active. One fine day in the first week of May we arrived there at Port Blair and we were received at the airport by Mr. Ajay, and were there at the Hotel with in ten minutes. Here i will say one should prefer for some resorts instead of hotel as the experience at resorts are for more better than the hotels. In the very after noon our program started with the visit to the famous CELLULAR JAIL, not to miss at Port Blair. we spent around two hours there and from there went to Carbyn's cave beach, a local beach there at Port Blair. But i suggest not to visit the beach instead visit samudrika Museum and other museums. After visiting the other beaches there at port Blair , Havelock and Neil every one will agree with me. Later in the evening we were at the Cellular Jail for Light and Sound show and i say not to miss this one at any cost. The next day we were ready for Havelock with packed break fast and we were at jetty to cruise to Havelock by Makruzz Gold. Here i will suggest to go atleast once by Green Ocean to enjoy the sailing effect even though it takes an hour more than Makruzz. At Havelock jetty Mr. Aditya was there to receive and we were at Symphony Palm beach resort with in ten minutes and i say it is a nice resort and restaurant there is also nice even though a bit costly. In the after noon we were at the famous RADHA NAGAR BEACH and you can't resist your self from getting in to water irrespective of whether you know swimming or not. No one should miss out RADHA NAGAR beach, if you are Havelock. The next morning we were at elephant beach and we were given three hours to spend there. It is just refreshing there at the beach and you can have sea walk, if you are ready to shell out Rs. 3500 per person for about 15-20 minutes water activity. In the after noon we were at KALA PATHAR beach to enjoy the evening, but many people skip this beach due to time crunch. Our day started with cruise to Neil Island, by Makruzz and at the jetty Mr. Saha, was there to receive and as per our itinerary we planned to visit Natural rock or HOWRAH BRIDGE at Laxmanpur beach No.1, as the local say followed by visit to BHARATPUR beach and LAXMANPUR beach No.2. He suggested ubs to visit the Bharatpur beach the next morning as water level will be at low during day time due to tides and will be at its best after sunset to till the morning. we accepted his suggestion and i say always listen to the local in such issues as they know the sea better. Also the best time to visit the Natural rock formation is before 4-5 in the evening otherwise you can't visit the place as the water will raise, again the tide. Evening we had a breath taking sun set view at Laxmanpur beach No.2. Our stay was there at SUMMER SANDS BEACH RESORT, a new resort with an added attraction, the swimming poll and our one night stay here was just great. Here too the restaurant is good but again the rates, which may bother. But in Havelock and Neil every thing comes from the main land and as such you can't expect things cheaper, other than the Coconut. Next morning we were ready at 4:30 a.m. to have a sun rise view at SITAPUR beach and in NEIL one should not miss out the sun set and sun rise views at LAXMANPUR beach No. 2 and SITAPUR beach. we were again in Makruzz and were sailing towards Port Blair. The next day morning we were at WANDOOR beach, the lagoon beach which gives the feeling of your own bath tub with no waves. As the day raises the water flows back, again the tides and in the evening we were at CHIDIYA TAPU. But, here i wish to say one can go if there is enough time other wise simply skip as there is not much to see and the electric cars are always in charging mode and you have to walk for 50-60 minutes to cover the entire thing. Our next stop was MUNDA PAHAR beach, but here too, visit in the morning other wise you will see the water at its low and raises only in the evening by the time you have leave the place as it is not advisable to be at waters in the evening as these beaches are wild one, as one can see jelly fishes etc., On our way back we had a beautiful sun set view along with a hot cup of tea and a nice way to end our trip at Andaman. In the end i should thank one and all for making our trip a memorable one for life time and all these was possible because of some nice people there at Andaman. I specially thank Mr. Ajay, never to forget his smiling face and the way he handles the situation. Really speaking I had some apprehension at the start of the tour about TUI, but they proved that they stand by their commitment. I have all my thanks to you Mr. Sunny for every thing you have done for making our tour a memorable not only for me and for all us. In the end when i was taking my flight, i was thinking of visiting the land of wander again to explore the northern part of Andaman this time. With regards
It was an excellent tour and in short span of time we could really cover a long stretch. Planning and execution was meticulous and except for Italy, Hotels and Food was great, but most of tourist from other Tour operators were also not happy with Hotels and Food in Italy (except for lunch near leaning Tower of Pisa) so I have hardly any reason to grumble about quality of food and Hotels in Italy. Regarding travel itinerary : Travelling time between France to Switzerland is around 7 hrs. by Bus - which is done on Day 3 - for some time it is definitely pleasant to view country side - but if this journey can be completed by overnight train during Night of Day 2 / by High Speed Train after sight seeing is completed on Day 2 - it will give tourist lot of Day time to Tourist on Day 3 Similarly travelling time from Switzerland to Italy is more than 5 hrs. - similarly if that also can be covered by overnight train / High Speed Train - it will free some more day time for tourist and there is every possibility that it may be cost effective as well. As far as we are concerned we were made fully aware by Rachana that sightseeing will start from moment we touch down at Paris and had no problem - but some of our co travelers from Delhi were not aware that Sight seeing is to be done on Day 1 and Check in the evening and were expecting to check in at Hotel in the morning at Paris - which resulted in arguments with Tour Leader - which could have been easily avoided - had they been well informed. at times Dinner used to be quite early in the evening - if the same can be arranged at around 20:00 Hrs. - it will be better. Over all it was a good value for money product, You can further reduce the cost by asking Tourist to pay Schengen Visa fees on counter (as we unnecessarily pay Service Tax on the INR 4,500 - which is paid by your person on Visa Counter). I am well aware saving on Service Tax on the Total Tours cost of around INR 1,38,000/- plus service tax is hardly any - but for three of us saving on Service Tax would have been around INR 1,500 - which is good enough for shopping some Red Label in Duty Free :) :) I hope my feed back will help TUI to improve Tours further Regards,
