AkshardhamThe divine abode of God

Akshardham was built with engraved red sandstone and marble in just five years and was inaugurated in 2005 thanks to the collaboration of thousands of volunteers from all around the world. It is a place to study Hinduism and Indian culture, surrounded by gardens, an artificial river with boats, exhibition hall, cinema and a spectacular fountain. The Hindu temple is the largest in the world and is visited by 10,000 people every day.
