Luzhniki Olympic ComplexVenue for the 2018 World Cup

Situated about five kilometres to the southeast of the Kremlin, the complex was built in the 50s to accommodate major sporting events. It was at this impressive stadium, with seating for more than 90,000 spectators, that the opening and closing ceremonies and the track and field events of the 1980 Olympic Games were held. It will also be the venue for the World Cup Final in 2018.
