The Wicked Spoon A new buffet concept

Las Vegas used to be known for its cheap buffets, where quantity was more important than quality ... until the Wicked spoon arrived. The concept of the buffet changed putting more emphasis on quality and on small details. Most of the food is cooked to order and the presentation of the dishes is very original: Pad Thai in white "take-away" boxes, spicy 'mac and cheese' in small metal pots and best of all, a wide selection of ice cream.
