FlamingoThe flamingos’ home (no, really)
Caesars Entertainment
The pink hotel as it is also known, this was the biggest and most expensive in Las Vegas for a long time. It is one of the oldest on the Strip, having opened its doors in 1946, and even though it has been remodelled on various occassions, it still retains a “vintage” air about it. Inside, and, doing honour to its name, Chilean flamingos live. Access to the Wildlife Habitat, where other species live alongside the colourful birds, is free and it is surprisingly tropical, with trees and waterfall to add to the atmosphere.
