The Pig’s earMichelin star ‘made in Ireland’
The Pig’s Ear was awarded a Michelin Star in 2009 and holds onto it tightly. There is a lunch and early dinner menu (two courses for €21.95 and three courses for €26.95). If you prefer dining à la carte (from 5.30pm onwards), you can try their marinated salmon, steak tartare, lamb, the list goes on. They only use top-quality Irish produce. Three of their dining rooms offer views of the Trinity College training fields.
