Award-winning chef Ross Lewis is at the helm of Chapter One, one of Dublin’s most exclusive and popular restaurants. Modern Irish cooking that is all about locally produced, seasonal ingredients. Here they take great care with the presentation of each dish, making them look just like paintings, true works of art. In 1996, Lewis spent some time in Ferrán Adrià’s El Bulli in Catalonia. These days, Chapter One has a Michelin star to its name.
