De KasFrom vegetable plot to table
At De Kas, the origin of the product is the most important thing for achieving true Mediterranean flair. To provide the freshest possible ingredients, they have their own herb and vegetable plot; the daily menu is designed around what's available in the greenhouse, combined with fish and meat supplied by local producers. The main dining area is tucked away in an old greenhouse, refurbished by chef Gert Jan Hageman in 2001.
