The holiday went very well, thanks for all your hard work and timely response.
Just a small observation, for the sightseeing tours you should allow travelers to visit the places, what I observed was the tour guide just drove around the various attractions and secondly they should be more conversant with English, i found that it was a little difficult to communicate sometimes.
Rest the hotels and flights were perfect! Thanks again for your good help!

Our trip to Switzerland & Paris went off without any hassle and I must appreciate your efforts in coming forward with a well designed package.
While in Switzerland, everything was just fabulous, whether it may be the location of the hotels, the services or the behaviour of the staff, in Paris the location of the hotel was slightly offbeat. Rue De Berne, the place where hotel Berne Opera is located, is primarily a residential area and that''s why not much heard of by the cab drivers. Though I must say the staff here too was quite helpful, except the fact that their elevator was out of order and we had to use staircase during our 3 days stay. Even the rooms were not as comfortable as they were at Interlaken or Luzern.
Nevertheless you gave us a good package and if the opportunity arises i would definitely recommend your name to my colleagues and friends.

considering it was a last minute requirement, we are happy to have approached TUI as it resulted in seemless travel plans and arrangements that you put together so wonderfully for us.
your inputs were very accurate and helpful for us in choosing the destination. we are most impressed with TUI for every detail was looked into by all the employees and local agents in istanbul and greece.
the only extra excrusion that we decied to do was a day trip to delphi. we had a day extra in athens and the manager in our hotel in athens (ariston) recommended it.
we were treated extremely well by all the contact persons during this trip, be it the guides or drivers or the hotel staff ...everybody.
i am very glad that my friend recommended TUI to me and considering my good experience with you guys ill do the same to my friends henceforth.

Both Poulami and I, would like to thank you very much for all the arrangements which you made for our vacation to Kerala recently. We had a great time there and faced very little problems thanks to the care and attention in planning and organizing this trip, which must have undoubtedly gone in from your end. The Hotel accommodations were quite good and we faced no problems during the check-in and check-out procedures. I must especially single out the Wild Corridor Hotel in Thekkady and the East End Lake Song Resort at Kumarakom as standout facilities.
