| Arrive at Madrid, which is the capital city of the Spanish Empire, and begin with your holidays in Madrid. Madrid was once the richest and the most powerful city of the world. The museums of the “golden triangle” alone, namely the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen- Bornemisza, feature a stunning array of paintings ranging from Old Masters to modern surrealists all housed in some of Spain`s most magnificent buildings. But Madrid is not just a cultural destination, it is also a lively metropolis with many pubs, cafes, discotheques and nightclubs etc that are open till late in the night. | After having breakfast at the hotel, you will go for a visit to the magnificent Royal Palace followed by a city tour as per the plan of the holiday tours of Madrid Spain. The Royal Palace is a beautiful example of 18th century architecture and is one of the best preserved palaces of Europe. It reflects the royal residence style and has become the permanent symbol of Madrid as the political capital of the Kingdom. The most important official receptions of the Crown take place here including audiences, fancy dinners and the signature of important agreements. You will be visiting the principal staircase, rooms of Alabarderos, columns, throne, Gasparini, Carlos III, porcelains, gala dining room, museum of silver, musical instruments, principal courtyard, real chapel and the four new rooms. You will then continue by coach for a scenic tour of the city to see some of the different areas of Madrid including the Borbones, Austrias, Isabelino and contemporary quarters through to the Moorish Quarter. Soft drink will be served free of cost by the Hard Rock Café. Evening is to be at leisure or you can take an optional tour to watch the “Flamenco Show Including One Drink” (Enjoy an enchanting evening at Las Carboneras Flamenco Show while you watch a fantastic flamenco performance. Toledo is a city of great artistic beauty. It was once the capital of the country and is now one of the oldest and respected cities in Europe. While taking a walking tour of the city centre, you will visit the city`s most famous monuments such as the St. Tome Church, Santa Maria la Blanca Synanogue, the Victorio Macho Museum and San Juan de Los Reyes Church.
